Do you enjoy Yoga? But can’t get on the floor, then this is the perfect class for you. All the benefits of yoga but done on a chair. Class is taught by long time Valley instructor Sue Bouk. This class is the perfect break from your busy day and a great way to exercise with low impact. The class will feature stretching and strengthening using classic yoga techniques. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your towel. This class is ongoing, register with instructor at time of class
