LOCATION: Winchester Community Center
Improve strength, balance, and overall health in this 45 minute, evidence based strength training group exercise class. No aerobics or floor work. Most exercises are performed seated in a chair with little to no impact. We are geared to meet you at your level and elevate your overall wellbeing. Bring a set of 2 or 3 pound dumbbells, a stretch band, and water. Classes are taught by Georgie Scibetta, certified Geri-Fit instructor and personal trainer.
