Did you know that you lose one pound of muscle each year after the age of 50? If you’re not lifting weights you need to start now! Learn strength training techniques from a certified personal trainer to help gait, balance, strength, stamina, and flexibility. These private lessons will help build muscle, lose fat, and help you gain an overall sense of wellbeing. Bring a towel, water, and get ready to build strength and confidence. All equipment will be provided or you can bring your own set of dumbbells. Each session is 30 minutes long by appointment only.
