T’ai Chi Ch’uan is a sophisticated Chinese exercise for health and self defense. Students begin by learning slow, graceful, rhythmic movements. For the purpose of self defense, the movements become lightning fast. This class will focus on the basic training of T’ai Chi Ch’uan and provide a strong foundation for learning self defense and weapons. All levels are welcome.
Instructor Matthew Rand has been practicing T’ai Chi Ch’uan for over 20 years. He received his education by studying with Grandmaster Tung Kai Ying for 17 years.
