Hatha yoga is a popular ancient healing art that brings balance to a person's well being, physicall and mentally. It is kinder and more gentle on the joints than traditional exercise. Using Hatha yoga poses this class will work on stregthening and stretching the body, along with breathing and relaxation techniques to help manage stress. Standing exercises along with floor work is done and is designed for beginner to intermediate students. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat. This class is ongoing, register with the instructor at time of class.
