Zumba (Zoom-Bah) is a popular fitness program inspired by Latin and International dances. Are you interested in burning over 500 calories in an hour, while having a party? Zumba is exercise in disguise, it will get your heart pumping, de-stress you, energizes and helps you build endurance.
It provides an amazing core workout while working on other parts of the body as well. You won't need to know how to dance, there are usually 3 or more steps that you'll repeat with each dance and the more you do it the easier it will become to master. Both men and women of all ages participate in this workout and all bring their own flavor and style.
