The Diamond Valley Aquatic Center will open for the 2025 season on Memorial Day weekend, May 24, 25 and 26. The pool is at 1801 Angler Ave., Hemet, in Diamond Valley Lake Community Park. The center features a heated 25-yard pool with a water slide and zero-depth entry.

Here are some things to look this year:

🏊‍♂️ We will be open weekends May 24, 25, 26 and 31 and June 1, 7 and 8. The pool will be open daily starting June 9. Hours will be 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Price $10 per person ages 3 to 55; $9 for age 55+ and veterans, $2 age 2 and younger.

‍🏊 Registration for group and private swim lessons, junior lifeguard and water polo classes will only be taken at the pool, 1801 Angler Ave., Hemet, starting May 20 at 10 a.m. Classes are for ages 4 to adult. Tot classes are 5 and younger with a parent.

🏊‍♂️Swim lessons sessions are June 16-26; June 30-July 10 and July 14-24. Classes are Monday-Thursday and last 30 minutes. Daily sessions begin at 9 a.m., 9:35 a.m., 10:10 a.m., 10:45 a.m., 11:20 a.m. and 11:55 a.m. The cost is $70 per student ($40 per tot class).

🏊Junior Lifeguard classes will be from 12:25 to 1:10 p.m. June 16-26. The cost is $70 per child. Junior lifeguard is for children 10 to 15 who already know how to swim. Junior lifeguards may volunteer at the pool once they have completed the course.

🏊‍♂️Advanced Swimming class will be from 12:25 to 1:10 p.m. June 30-July 10. The cost is $70 per student.

🏊Water Polo classes for ages 10-15 will be from 12:25 to 1:10 p.m. July 14-24. The cost is $70 per child.

🏊Come Swim with Me for families with special needs, will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturdays June 14 and 28, July 12 and 26 and Aug. 9. $9 per family of 3, additional members are $3 each.

🏊‍♂️AM Family Swim, will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturdays June 21 and July 12 and 26 and Aug. 2. $9 per family of 3, additional members are $3 each.

🏊 Lap Swim will be for 11 a.m. to noon each Sunday starting June 8. $2 per person.

🏊‍♂️Some evening swim events are planned. Details will be available soon.

🏊The Big Blue Slide will be open. There is no play structure in the toddler area.
